999 DS Terms and Conditions – Read Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account at 999 DS, accessing the platform at 999ds.click, or placing any bet or wager through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 999 DS.

Creating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, contact numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 999 DS uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of the breach.

2.3 Accurate Information

When registering at 999 DS, you must provide accurate and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Any deliberate provision of false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. You are also responsible for keeping your account information up to date — particularly your contact number and payment method details.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

999 DS is designed for and available to players in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online betting services complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 999 DS does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in jurisdictions where such activity may be restricted.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Your 999 DS account username and password are personal and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

999 DS accepts the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification.

4.2 Deposit Processing

4.4 Currency

All balances, odds, bets, winnings, and transactions at 999 DS are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. Cashback is calculated based on net losses in the preceding calendar week and credited to your wallet every Tuesday. The cashback rate varies by tier: Silver 3%, Gold 6%, Platinum 10%, Diamond 15%.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

999 DS monitors for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same market across multiple accounts to guarantee bonus conversion, deliberately exploiting errors in bonus calculation, using automated software to farm bonus offers, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

6. Betting Rules and Settlement

6.1 Placing Bets

Bets placed on 999 DS are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed after confirmation unless 999 DS determines an error occurred in the odds display. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections before confirming any bet. The platform will display a confirmation screen prior to bet finalisation.

6.2 Odds and Markets

999 DS offers both fractional and decimal odds across its sports betting markets. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed — the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play markets may be suspended without notice depending on match events.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 999 DS in the following circumstances: the event was cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required duration was completed; an obvious error was made in the display of odds; the event did not proceed as scheduled. Void bets are returned to the player's wallet in full. Accumulators containing a void selection are settled with the void leg treated as a non-runner.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet winnings are subject to limits that vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may differ between standard and VIP player accounts. 999 DS reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits to any market at any time.

7. Live Casino Rules

All live casino games at 999 DS — including Baccarat, Andar Bahar, and any other live dealer titles — are governed by the specific game rules displayed on each table. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets. In the event of a technical interruption during a live casino round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server's last recorded state at the point of interruption.

Players must conduct themselves appropriately in the live chat functions of live casino tables. Offensive, abusive, or harassing messages directed at dealers or other players are prohibited and may result in removal from the table and disciplinary action against the account.

Live casino game results are final once the dealer has completed the round and a result has been announced. No claims based on perceived dealer error will be accepted unless accompanied by verifiable evidence from the video feed, which 999 DS retains for all live sessions.

8. Prohibited Activities

9. Account Suspension and Closure

In cases of confirmed breach, any balance associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances unrelated to the breach will be returned following investigation.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Active bonus balances at the time of closure are forfeited unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
