How to create, verify and manage your 999 DS account

Go to the Register page and fill in the two-step form — your name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, date of birth, city, a username, and a password. After submitting, you will receive a 4-digit OTP on your mobile to verify your number. Once verified, your account is active and ready for a first deposit. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and place bets at 999 DS. Age is verified at registration and again when you request your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 are permanently closed and all deposits are returned. 999 DS takes underage gambling prevention very seriously.

No. Each person may hold only one 999 DS account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and result in all associated accounts being suspended. Enter the OTP, then create a new password on the next screen. The process takes about 90 seconds. If you have also changed your mobile number and not updated it in account settings, contact support directly for manual verification.

Log in and go to Account Settings, then update your mobile number from there. An OTP will be sent to both the old and new numbers for verification. Important: always update your number in your account before you physically change your SIM — if you lose access to your old number before updating, you will need to contact support for identity-verified manual update.

Withdrawals

How to withdraw PKR winnings, processing times and limits

Log in, go to your wallet, and select Withdraw. Choose your payment method (must match the method you used to deposit), enter the PKR amount, and confirm. Withdrawals go to your verified Easypaisa number, JazzCash number, NayaPay, SadaPay, or bank account. If this is your first withdrawal, identity verification via CNIC will be required before processing.

Processing times depend on your VIP tier:
  • Silver: within 24 hours
  • Gold: within 12 hours
  • Platinum: same day
  • Diamond: instant
These are 999 DS processing times once the request is approved. The time for funds to appear in your Easypaisa or bank account after processing depends on your payment provider.

To access live betting, log in and look for matches marked "Live" in the betting section. Markets may briefly suspend during critical moments (e.g., free kicks, wicket deliveries) and reopen within seconds.

Bets are settled once the official match result is confirmed. For most cricket and football matches, this happens within 30 minutes of the final whistle or last ball. Winning bets are credited to your PKR wallet immediately upon settlement — there is no manual step required. You can then withdraw your balance or use it for further bets.

If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes are fully refunded to your PKR wallet. If a match is abandoned after it has started, the settlement depends on whether enough of the match was completed for an official result to be declared under the relevant governing body's rules. Yes. You can build accumulator bets by adding multiple selections to your bet slip. The odds for each selection multiply together, giving potentially higher returns from a single stake. All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. Accumulators can be built across different matches and even different sports — cricket, football, and others can be combined in a single multi-selection bet.

VIP tiers at 999 DS are based on monthly deposit volume. If your deposits in a given month fall below the threshold for your current tier, your tier is adjusted at the start of the following month. Your cashback in the current month is calculated at your current tier regardless. Setting a deposit limit or taking a cooling-off period does not immediately drop your tier.

No. Setting a deposit limit, loss limit, cooling-off period, or self-exclusion has no effect on your VIP tier or bonus eligibility. 999 DS does not penalise players for using responsible gaming tools — not through tier changes, removal from promotions, or any other mechanism. This is a firm policy.

Once your net losses reach the limit, further betting is suspended for the remainder of that period.
